ITS COMPLETE!! Tuesday, June 27, 2006 | 09:56 a.m. Day 180 | 0 Days to Go I'm finally done with High School! I graduated last week on Wednesday the 21st at 5:00PM And now that I'm not going to High School any more, I will either be closing Mayfair Chronicles or repurposing this blog for something else. . . I may have my sister continue TMC as she still has two years of High School left. . . 10 Days Left Tuesday, June 6, 2006 | 11:03 a.m. Day 170 | 10 Days to Go A few days left of school before I graduate. A few days until I begin College. A few more days until Summer. A few more days of the Mayfair Chronicles. Anyway, I plan to get alot more done this summer than ever before, Im going to college, getting a job somewhere, and when im not learning or working, im gonna work on more movies and images and things as much as they come to me and stuff. . . Only a few weeks left! Saturday, May 27, 2006 | 01:54 p.m. About 15 Days left of School, thats it. Seniorosis takes its toll Saturday, May 20, 2006 | 11:09 p.m. Seniorosis [SEE-NYOR-OSE-ISS](n.) Development of high anxiety in High School students approaching graduation. Characterized by anxiousness, lacking of school work and a simple "OMG GRADUATION IS IN FOUR WEEKS!" attitude. Seniorosis can begin as late as days before graduation or as early as Freshman Year. In most cases, Seniorosis recedes just after the afflicted patient recieves their High School Diploma, where they would breathe a large sigh of relief and move on with their lives, where a few of them will continue to suffer from Seniorosis long into their College Years. . . Seniorosis is easily detectable yet not easily curable, though knowing that this neurosis goes away inevitably, the only proper solution is to only prevent the patient from slacking in their schoolwork until they graduate, or else Seniorosis overwhelms the patient and they wind up failing their classes and being held back to suffer another year with this neurosis. [BTW Seniorosis is a ficticious disease] I havent actually been diagnosed with Seniorosis, at least not yet, I graduate on the 21st of June, I have been accepted to El Camino College in Torrance, Registration for classes starts on the 2nd of June. I start class there on the 19th,three days before I graduate High School. Im getting caught up in all the classes that I need to make up to graduate, and im studying the information that I need for when I go to class this June. Currently looking for a temporary job for the summer near my house, because I will be starting my career in Emergency Medical Services as soon as I finish the training classes at El Camino near the end of summer. Alot of things happening. . . Day 160 | 20 Days to go. . . Happy Day Yes! Monday, April 10, 2006 | 07:20 p.m. Lame title, I know, I know. But the neatest thing happened this morning too and that may be lame! I found a 128MB MP3 Player in my teacher's garbage can! Dont ask me what I was doing in the trash can cuz im gonna tell you anyway. The can was practically empty and the player was kinda shiny. Yeah. There. Among other things I got to work on my movie some more this weekend. Soon I wil be finished with it and be able to submit it to a local Film Festival or something. . . BTW, I also recently installed a Blog system into my website so that now all of my Production Crew can blog about stuff on my website! Black Spire Official Blog A lot of things happened today and this weekend, surprised I couldnt remember it all. . . BIG IDEA!! Wednesday, March 15, 2006 | 11:21 a.m. In AFJROTC today, the Chief wanted me to help him install some software onto his PDA, which for some reason took the whole period to do, with all the complications and restarting of the computer. . . I finished setting up the sofware and configuring the PDA, then I managed to set up an internet connection by connecting the PDA to his laptop, and then to an ethernet cable that goes to the school's T1 internet connection. . . So I first tested the internet on the PDA, going to download an update patch for the new software, then I had some extra time before the Chief came back, so I visited my BMGN site on the PDA to see if it would work. And it did! I looked alright, though all the images and the text were scaled and wrapped around a 300x300 pixel screen, but still looked very neat! Which gave me an idea: Soon, I will build a section of my site that is adapted and optimized for small mobile internet devices, such as PDAs and Cell Phones. I will also adapt my video content to fit these devices. So check it out! Soon you will be able to watch BMGN content on the latest mobile internet devices! [the ENTER key is still sticking here in html class.] Global Update Phase Three Tuesday, March 14, 2006 | 11:26 a.m. Also the fact that today is my birthday! [and the ENTER key keeps sticking when im typing] I have gone over most of my sites, mostly rebuilding my BMGN site from the ground up all over again, this time, fixing a template and layout so that now the HTML code is much more stable this time. . . Everything works. Now all I need to do is fix the rest of the movie pages and work on my new D'Classified site. In English class, we have started our next unit, where we are now reading 1984 by George Orwell. I have seen the orignal 1956 movie version, so I know mostly what it is about, so im going to have a particular interest in this assignment. . . Global Update Phase Two Friday, March 10, 2006 | 11:18 a.m. The overhauling begins today: for some reason, I cant help but push the CTRL+S keys to save when Im writing my entry here. . . My incredible reputation in computers actually scares my Web Page Design teacher sometimes, the fact that I know more than him in some areas. . . The school plans to install brand new computers in this classroom around late March or May. I seriously cant wait. The computers in this room are so very old, with 700Mhz processors, 128MB ram, the only thing going for them are their large network hard drive at over 200GB, and their convenient T1 LAN internet access with net speeds over 120KBps. I cant believe im geeking out about these things again. . . For once a remotely comprehensive entry. Back onto the Global Update, I will begin tonight by customizing my new Myspace Group: Black Spire Media Group @ MySpace I just opened it last night and already four of my friends have joined it. I suggest you join as well. It is a real nice team to be on, your artistic skill and attitude are respected and we try to create excellent media content for the latest generation of audience. After I finish the Global Update, I will completely define every aspect of my Internet Presence, and each component's purpose in my Grand Scheme, which will also be released on my new site called "D'CLASSIFIED" Where everything will be revealed along with very interesting stories of actual and fictional events that have happened in the lives of me and my friends. . . TO BE UPDATED LATER. Global Update Phase One Thursday, March 9, 2006 | 08:00 p.m. Over this weekend, with my new HTML knowledge and some extra time, I plan to COMPLETELY update my entire network of sites: http://jasentamiia.pitas.com/ http://www.blackspiremedia.net/ http://jasentamiia.deviantart.com/ http://myspace.com/jasentamiia/ http://groups.myspace.com/blackspire http://jasentamiia.livejournal.com/ http://download.com/djtamiia/ Please check out these sites, and If you think there is a site that I should be at, Lemme know- Email me at john.l3@verizon.net |
